# Events on bzar

Markets, festivals, pop-ups and community events across the DMV (Washington
DC, Maryland, Virginia). Community members discover what is on and buy tickets
— free and paid — with QR-code entry; vendors apply for booth spots; organizers
run the whole event from one dashboard.

- **Upcoming events:** https://bzar.app/events — every event page has a markdown
  alternate at `https://bzar.app/events/<slug>.md`.
- **Buy a ticket:** open an event page and check out in the browser; tickets
  are delivered to "My Tickets" with a QR code.
- **Sell at an event:** vendors apply for a booth from the event page; the
  organizer approves applications and approved vendors appear in the event's
  public directory.
- **Run an event:** organizers create, publish and manage events from the
  organizer dashboard — see https://bzar.app/for-organizers.
