# BoothCentral reviews: what organizers say.

BoothCentral's public reviews are few but mostly positive. Trustpilot shows 4.0 out of 5 from 24 reviews as of October 2026, mainly from organizers who praise ease of use, quick support and event-size pricing. One vendor describes a refund dispute. It's the only readable review site we found, so treat it as a small sample.

## Ease of use and fast support lead the praise.

The only review page we could read was Trustpilot, where reviews run from October 2021 to August 2026 and close to nine in ten are five-star. Trustpilot doesn't tell us which reviews were invited, so read it as one site's sample. SoftwareSuggest lists no reviews, and G2, Capterra and Software Advice refused automated access.

- Ease of use is the most common theme: reviewers say the interface suits both comfortable and less technical organizers.
- Support is the second: many say they got quick, helpful answers, including before, during and after an event.
- Several like the flexibility to customize applications, booth sizes and payment tiers for different events and vendor groups.
- A handful say the vendor, booth and billing automation cut their admin work, mostly for events with a few dozen to about a hundred vendors.
- A couple of organizers like that pricing follows event size rather than a monthly subscription, especially for smaller events.

## Almost none, and that is itself worth noting.

One review out of 24 is critical, and no feature complaint repeats. That tells you little about the product: 24 reviews is a small base, most reviewers are organizers, and one site can't show the full picture.

The company replied to the critical review on the page. If you run a very large expo, ask for references: most reviews mention events of a few dozen to about a hundred vendors.

## Only one vendor weighed in.

One Trustpilot review is from an independent vendor and is the one-star review. The vendor describes a dispute over getting an application fee refunded, then says the organizer later chose not to work with them and that their data was handled badly. The company's reply on the page disputes that account and describes ordinary correspondence.

With a single vendor-side review there is no pattern to report. If vendors matter to your decision, ask the company how refunds and vendor data are handled.

## Per-event pricing draws praise from small organizers.

The pricing comments we read were positive: the price follows the size of the event instead of a monthly plan, which suits organizers who run a few events a year. BoothCentral publishes a per-event starting price, shown on our comparison page from its pricing page.

Ask how the price changes with vendor count, whether it applies per event or per year, and what payment processing costs on top.

## Our view, and why you should weigh it accordingly.

bzar is our product, so this section is not a review. The full comparison lists what each tool does, current fees from each company's published pricing, and where BoothCentral is the better fit.

- Organizers pay no subscription and no per-event fee to run events on bzar.
- Lay out your venue and assign vendors to booths on a map.
- Check attendees in by QR code on the day.

## Questions

**Is BoothCentral good?**

The reviews we could read are mostly five-star, from organizers who like its ease of use and support. There are only a few dozen, on one site, so ask for a demo and references.

**How many BoothCentral reviews are there?**

Trustpilot showed 24 as of October 2026. We couldn't read G2, Capterra or Software Advice, and SoftwareSuggest had none.

**What do vendors say about BoothCentral?**

We found one vendor-side review, a refund dispute the company disputes. That's too few to see a pattern.

**Does BoothCentral charge a monthly fee?**

Reviewers describe pricing based on event size rather than a monthly fee. Check the current price on its pricing page and on our comparison.
