**What you'll get:** extras vendors pick when they apply, with stock counted for you.

**You're done when** the item shows on the tab with how many are left. Vendors see it in the &#x2A;*Add-ons (optional)** step of their application.


## Common questions

### When do vendors pay for add-ons?

With their booth fee, at the same time. bzar's fee applies to the booth and add-ons together.

### What if I run out?

bzar counts what's left. When it's gone, vendors see **Sold out**. Pending applications hold their items too.

### Are add-ons refunded if I reject a vendor?

Yes, with the booth fee, and the items go back on the shelf.

### Where do I see who ordered what?

Under each item, **Reserved by** lists the vendors. Inside an application, see **Add-ons**.

### Can I reuse items from my last event?

Yes. Pick them under **Reuse from past events** on the Add-ons tab.
