**You're done when** your event shows a **Market days** tab listing every date. Each market day gets its own check-in and day-of roster.


## Common questions

### Do season vendors apply for every date?

No. They apply once. When you approve them, they're booked on every market day in their package.

### Can vendors come only some weeks?

Yes. Turn on **Drop-in days**, and vendors pick the days they want.

### How do I cancel one week, like for rain?

Open that market day and click **Cancel this market**. Your weather rule says what happens to vendors' money.

### My market is once a month. Should I use a season?

Either works. A season keeps one vendor list all year. Separate events can each be copied with **Clone a Previous Event**.

### Can I take season vendors into next year?

Yes. Renew the season, then invite your **Returning vendors** first.
