# Message all your vendors (/help/organizers/messaging)



**What you'll get:** everyone who needs to know, told at once.

**You're done when** a message at the bottom of the screen says how many people it went to.

## Common questions

### Where do vendors see it?

In their bzar messages, marked as an event update, and by email while **Also send as email** is on.

### Who is in **Pending Applicants** and **All Applicants**?

**Pending Applicants** are waiting on your decision or on their booth payment. **All Applicants** is everyone who started an application, including rejected ones.

### What do ticket holders get?

A bzar notification, plus an email if it's on. It doesn't start a chat.

### Can I schedule a message?

Not here. Messages that go out on their own are [follow-ups](/help/organizers/messaging/follow-ups).

### Can I send a text message?

No. bzar sends messages in the app and by email.
