## Common questions

### When does it go out?

After its **Delay (hours)**, checked every hour, and only while the event is published. With a delay of 0, approval and rejection messages go right away.

### Does a new follow-up go to vendors I already approved?

No. Those messages only go to vendors who apply, or are approved or rejected, after you add the follow-up. Before and after event messages go to everyone in **Send To**.

### If I edit a follow-up, does it send again?

No. Changing the wording, delay or switch won't re-send it. Changing its **Trigger** or **Send To** makes it a new follow-up, which can reach people who got the old one.

### Who gets a before or after event message?

Whoever you pick in **Send To**: vendors by status, ticket holders or store buyers.

### How do I pause one?

Turn its switch to **Inactive**, then click **Save Changes**.
