# See who opened your messages (/help/organizers/messaging/sent)

**What you'll get:** a list of everything you've sent, and who opened each one.

     tab and click

    Each row shows the subject, who it went to, when, and how many opened it. Click one.

     to filter the list.

    To nudge people who haven't opened it, click the resend button, then

     for a spreadsheet of everyone and their status.

**You're done when** you can see each person's status, like **Opened**, **Delivered** or **Bounced**.

Messages before this feature turned on aren't listed.


## Common questions

### How sure is Opened?

Close, not exact. Some email apps open every email for privacy, and some block the image that reports an open. Downloads and **Read in bzar** are certain.

### What does Bounced mean?

The email couldn't be delivered, usually because the address is wrong. The reason shows under the address. Ask the vendor for a new email, or message them in bzar.

### Can I send it again to people who didn't open it?

Yes. Open the message and click the resend button above the list. Only people who haven't opened it get it again.

### Are follow-ups here too?

Yes. Each follow-up has one row, and its list grows as it goes out to each person.

### Can I find one vendor?

Type their name or email in **Find a person by name or email** to see every message they were sent.
