## Common questions

### Which fee structure should I pick?

**Vendor pays all fees** is the default: you get your full booth price. Absorb the fees if you'd rather vendors see one simple price.

### When should I charge vendors?

**Charge at approval** is easiest for vendors: they only pay if you say yes. **Charge at application** gets you paid upfront, and rejected vendors are refunded.

### What's the application fee?

An optional fee you set, from $1 to $100, that vendors pay when they apply. You keep it even if you turn them down. It needs a connected Stripe account.

### Do these numbers ever change?

The examples use bzar's standard rates: 3.9% platform fee and Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ card processing.
