**What you'll get:** a connected Stripe account, so money from booths and tickets reaches your bank.

**You're done when** **Payment Settings** shows **Stripe Connected** with an **Active** badge.

## Common questions

### What does Stripe ask for?

Your business details and a bank account, so it can verify you and pay you.

### It says Verification In Progress.

Stripe is checking your details. It can take up to 24 hours. Nothing to do but wait.

### It says Action needed or Setup Incomplete.

Stripe needs more information. Click the button under **Payment Settings** to finish.

### What happens if I don't connect Stripe?

Buyers can't pay for tickets, and you can't approve paid applications. Free events work fine.
