# Invite your team (/help/organizers/team)



**What you'll get:** your team working in the same dashboard, each with the access they need.

     and click 

    **Invite Member**

    **Email address**

     and pick a

    **Send Invitation**

    . They get an email with a link to join.

**You're done when** they show on the **Invitations** tab. Once they accept, they move to **Members**.


## Common questions

### What if they don't have a bzar account?

The email link lets them sign up first. They confirm their email, then join.

### How long does an invitation last?

7 days. On the **Invitations** tab, use **Resend invitation** to send a fresh link.

### They didn't get the email. Now what?

On the **Invitations** tab, click **…** then **Copy invite link**, and send it to them yourself.

### Who can invite people?

The owner and Admins.

### Can I invite people before my organization is approved?

Yes. They can open the dashboard once bzar approves you.
