## Common questions

### Can I have more than one form?

Yes, up to 10, like one for food trucks and one for sponsors. Click **New form** on the **Forms** tab.

### Which documents can I ask for?

One tap adds a certificate of insurance, business license, health permit, fire inspection, sales tax permit, food handler permit or food manager certificate. **Other document** covers anything else.

### Do vendors upload the same file for every event?

No. They attach it from their saved documents, so one upload works for every event.

### How do I stop taking applications?

Turn off **Accepting applications** under **Who can apply, and when**. Vendors can still see the form.

### How do I see what vendors see?

Click **View as applicant** on the form.
