# Add a grid of booths (/help/organizers/venue-map/add-a-grid)



**What you'll get:** a block of booths in one step, like a hall or a tent row.

    In the 

    **Spaces**

     panel, click 

    **Add a grid**

     under the space type you want.

  <Step>
    Set 

    **Rows**

     and 

    **Columns**

    . The title shows how many booths you'll get.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Click 

    **Create**

    . The booths appear, numbered and selected.
  </Step>

**You're done when** the grid is on the map. Drag it into place while it's still selected.


## Common questions

### Can I choose the numbers?

Yes. Set **Starting #** and **Prefix** before you click **Create**.

### Can I change the spacing?

Yes. **H Spacing** and **V Spacing** set the gaps between booths.

### Where does the grid go?

At **Start X** and **Start Y**, measured from the top left of the map. You can drag it anywhere after.
