- bzar.app is operated by BZAR Technologies, Inc.. The policy covers the website,
  mobile apps, and related services, in the United States.
- **What we collect:** account and business details, events, bookings, orders,
  messages, uploaded files, device and usage data, data from accounts vendors
  connect, and public business and event information. Card and bank details
  stay with Stripe.
- **No sale, no ads:** bzar does not sell personal information or share it for
  targeted advertising, and uses no advertising cookies.
- **Cookies:** necessary cookies always; analytics and session replay
  (PostHog, Sentry Replay) only with consent. Global Privacy Control is honored.
- **AI:** some features send content through OpenRouter to AI model providers
  such as Google (Gemini) and OpenAI. Google user data follows the Google API
  Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
