# Price list and package menu template.

A package menu groups your services into a few clear tiers, each with a name, what is included and a price, plus add-ons for extras. Clients compare options faster and you quote less from scratch. Copy the layout below, fill in your own tiers, and set prices from your costs, time and margin.

## Set prices from costs, time and margin.

- List your costs for a typical job: supplies, equipment wear, travel, staff, software and fees.
- Count all your time: prep, travel, the event itself, follow-up and clean-up, not just time on site.
- Decide what you need to be paid for that time, then add your margin for slow months and growth.
- Check the result against what the market will bear by looking at similar vendors' public pricing. Don't copy it; use it as a reality check.
- Make the middle package the one you most want to sell, and make sure each tier has a clear step up.
- Review prices on a regular schedule, and when your costs or demand change.

## Turn your menu into a page clients can book from.

- Your storefront shows your packages, products, photos and a booking link you can share anywhere.
- Clients request a date from your packages and pay a deposit online.
- Send a custom quote when a job doesn't fit a package.

## Questions

**How do I make a package pricing menu?**

Choose two or three tiers, name each, list what is included, price each one and add a short add-on list. Show who each package suits, mark your most popular tier and say how to book.

**How many packages should I offer?**

Two to four tiers is plenty for most service vendors. Too many choices slow people down. Use add-ons for the variation instead of more packages.

**How do I set prices for my services?**

Add up your costs and all the time a job takes, decide what you need to be paid, add margin, then check the result against what similar vendors charge. Adjust once you see how clients respond.

**Should I put prices on my website?**

It helps clients qualify themselves and saves you inquiries that never fit. If your jobs vary a lot, show starting prices in words or a package range and invite a quote.

**What is a good photography package structure?**

Most are built around hours of coverage, number of photographers, the number of edited photos and extras like prints or an album. Offer a basic, a standard and a full tier, then sell the extras as add-ons.
