# bzar Terms of Service (summary)

- The terms are an agreement with BZAR Technologies, Inc. (Delaware). Accounts are
  for people 18 and older in the United States; bzar focuses on the Washington
  DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.
- **bzar's role:** a platform, not a party to transactions between customers,
  vendors, and organizers. Payments are processed through bzar with Stripe
  Connect; vendors and organizers agree to Stripe's connected-account terms.
- **Current fees (as shown at checkout or in the dashboard; may change):** 3%
  platform fee on paid tickets and event orders, from the payout; paid booth
  applications 3.9% of the booth fee plus a $2.50 non-refundable application
  fee; service payments add a 5% customer service fee, a 5% bzar fee for Free
  vendors (0% on bzar Pro), and card processing (2.9% + $0.30) paid by the
  vendor.
- **bzar Pro:** monthly subscription that renews automatically until
  cancelled in Settings → Plan and billing; no refunds for partial periods except
  where required by law.
- **Disputes:** binding individual arbitration with a class-action and jury
  waiver (30-day opt-out; small-claims exception); Delaware law.
