Barefoot Wellness & Serenity is a unique space dedicated to healing, recovery, and preventative care for client's overall mental and physical well-being. Beginning as a mobile massage business, Barefoot Wellness & Serenity will expand into a multi-service hub where clients can address all of their self-care needs. BW&S takes a holistic approach to healing, targeting the root of imbalance by taking a look at lifestyle and habits that have lead the clients to seek BW&S services. BW&S seeks to implement its namesake upon clients entering the business by the removal of shoes. Walking barefoot has been proven to improve gait and balance, strengthen the muscles of the feet, enhance balance, improve circulation and reduce foot deformities. It is with this foundation that Barefoot Wellness & Serenity aims to help clients improve their overall health and well being.
