I started my coffee cart because I’ve always been a true coffee enthusiast. About three years ago, I went through some health challenges that completely changed the way I approached food and wellness. As I became more intentional about what I was putting into my body, I started making my own coffee at home, experimenting with clean ingredients and eliminating refined sugar. It took a lot of trial and error. Testing different brewing methods, recipes, and ingredients. To create coffee that not only tasted incredible but also aligned with a healthier lifestyle. Even our coffee beans reflect that commitment. They’re clean, mold-free, and sourced directly from my family’s coffee farm in Puerto Rico. That journey inspired me to turn my passion into something I could share with others. My goal is to offer a healthier take on traditional coffee shop favorites, proving that you don’t have to sacrifice flavor to enjoy high-quality, thoughtfully crafted lattes made with ingredients you can feel good about.
