We began Smash Lab as a group of college students in Baltimore County who felt something was missing. There weren’t many spots serving halal smash burgers the way we craved them, so we rolled up our sleeves and built our own. What began as a small passion project has grown into a pop-up with a clear mission: fresh halal beef smashed hot on the griddle, crispy golden fries, and house-made sauces that turn simple ingredients into bold, crave-worthy flavor. Every order is cooked live, served fresh, and made to hit different.
