Payout

A payout is the transfer of earned funds from a payment platform to your bank account, after fees and refunds are taken out. Payments move on a schedule that depends on the processor, your account age and your country. Check timing and any holds before counting on the money for expenses.

About payout.

Also called: payouts, transfer to bank, settlement, deposit to bank.

Payout timing is usually a few business days after the sale, and new accounts may face longer holds while the processor builds trust.

Reports should match payouts to the sales behind them so your books reconcile. Keep fees and refunds visible.

Organizers and vendors can connect a bank account once and receive payouts automatically.

Organizers see ticket and booth revenue and get paid out through Stripe Connect.
