Is bzar really free for organizers?
Yes. Organizers pay no subscription and no per-event fee. bzar earns a 3.9% platform fee on booth payments and a 3% fee on paid tickets. Free events and free tickets cost nothing.
Who pays the booth platform fee?
You choose per event. By default vendors pay the 3.9% platform fee and card processing (2.9% + $0.30 per payment) on top of the booth price. You can split the fees with vendors or absorb them all, so vendors pay only your booth price.
What does it cost to sell tickets?
bzar takes 3% of each paid ticket, and that already covers card processing. There's no fixed per-ticket fee.
Are free events free?
Yes. Free tickets and free events never go through a payment processor, so there are no fees at all.
Is there an application fee for vendors?
Not from bzar. You can charge your own, from $1 to $100 per event, and it goes to you, less bzar's 3.9%. A small fee confirms a vendor's card works and filters for vendors who intend to show up. It's off unless you turn it on.
How do I get paid?
Booth and ticket revenue is paid out to your bank account through Stripe Connect, and your dashboard shows every payment and payout.
