Eventeny reviews: what organizers and vendors say.

Public Eventeny reviews are mixed and uneven. The few organizers whose reviews we could read praise the support and the all-in-one tools. Most written reviews are about the attendee app, and they are harsh. The big software review sites block automated reading, so check G2 and Capterra yourself before deciding.

What people like

Support and an all-in-one setup come up most.

We read what we could reach in October 2026: written reviews of Eventeny's apps in the Apple App Store, the Google Play listing, Trustpilot, and two threads on the Art Fair Insiders forum. G2 and Capterra, where most organizer reviews live, refused automated access, so none of what follows comes from them.

  • Several people who say they run festivals, conventions or events with many vendors review the apps in the App Store (posts from 2021 to 2024) and praise how fast and helpful customer support was.
  • Two App Store reviews of the organizer app, both from 2026, like checking vendors in from a phone and watching ticket sales on the go. That app has only a handful of ratings so far.
  • On the Art Fair Insiders forum, an organizer who ran a virtual art fair in 2020 said Eventeny was responsive to him and let the fair stay open after the event. Two artists in a 2020 thread on virtual shows were positive, one saying it took very little effort.
Common complaints

The attendee app takes most of the heat.

On the Apple App Store the main Eventeny app (the one attendees and vendors use to find events) shows 2.8 out of 5 from 63 ratings as of October 2026. On Google Play it shows 2.2 out of 5 from 128 ratings. About two dozen of the 34 written App Store reviews we read are one or two stars, and the same problems repeat from 2023 through September 2026.

These reviews are about the attendee-facing app, not the organizer dashboard on the web or the separate organizer app, so they say little about how running an event feels. They do show what your attendees and vendors may run into.

  • The app forgets which event you were viewing whenever you switch away, so people search for the event again every time.
  • No way to save or favorite the event you're attending, and favorited sessions don't give a usable schedule.
  • Tickets not loading, slow screens, freezing on vendor lists, and buttons in the profile or help areas that don't respond.
  • The company's replies on the App Store listing acknowledge problems and point people to the browser version for now.
  • On the forum, the organizer of the 2020 virtual fair said Eventeny answered artists' questions more slowly than his own (some artists waited about a day), that the shipping settings didn't fit his fair, and that some functions confused artists.
From vendors' side

Vendors say applying inside the iPhone app is the sticking point.

Five App Store reviewers in 2025 and 2026 describe themselves as vendors (or volunteers) and say they could not find, view or submit an application inside the iPhone app, and had to search the web for the application instead. One said they hoped the markets they apply to would choose a different platform because the app and website were hard to follow. Another said applying had worked for them at many events until they tried the iPhone app.

That is five reviews, not a verdict. A vendor who applies from a laptop may never see it, but if your vendors apply from their phones, test your own application link on a phone before you commit.

Pricing questions

What organizers should ask about cost.

The reviews we could read say very little about price. One App Store reviewer wondered whether event creators pay to be listed, and one artist on the forum noted a fair with no entry fee that paid commission and processing fees instead.

Eventeny publishes a free plan and paid monthly plans, with a platform fee on payments plus card processing on top. Ask which plan includes the tools you need, who pays the card processing, and what changes if you outgrow your plan. Current published numbers sit on our comparison page, taken from Eventeny's pricing page.

How bzar compares

Our view, and why you should weigh it accordingly.

bzar is our product, so this section is not a review. It states what bzar offers so you can set it beside the reviews above. For fees side by side and where Eventeny is the better fit, read the full comparison.

  • Organizers pay no subscription and no per-event fee to run events on bzar.
  • Vendors apply online with your own questions, and you approve, reject or waitlist each one.
  • Set up automatic emails to vendors, ticket holders or shoppers when vendors apply, are approved or rejected, and before or after the event.
Questions

Common questions.

Is Eventeny worth it?

The organizers whose reviews we could read are positive about support and having vendors, tickets and maps in one place. The evidence is thin, so ask for a demo and read the G2 and Capterra pages yourself.

What do vendors say about applying through Eventeny?

Mixed. Several App Store reviewers say they couldn't find or submit applications in the iPhone app and went to the web instead. Others on a forum found their virtual shows easy.

Does Eventeny have a good app?

Reviewers rate the attendee app poorly on both the App Store and Google Play, mostly for losing the event and not saving favorites. The separate organizer app is new and has only a few positive reviews.

Where can I read more Eventeny reviews?

G2 and Capterra list more organizer reviews than the pages we could read. Read the newest ones and filter for events like yours.
