Selling at and running markets in Kentucky.
In Kentucky, vendors without a sales tax account register as temporary vendors with the Department of Revenue, and event coordinators must give it a vendor list. Home bakers register as home-based processors with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Event food booths need a local health department permit.
