Permits for your market in Springfield, MO.
For a Springfield vendor market on public property, the organizer files a Special Event Permit application with the Department of Public Information. Craft fair vendors need a $5 to $20 group sales license and a Missouri tax ID, tents over 400 square feet need a Fire Department permit, and food vendors need a Springfield-Greene County Health temporary food permit.
