Booth payments

Booth fees collected for you.

bzar charges vendors' booth fees by card through Stripe and pays them out to you. You choose who covers the fees, when vendors are charged, and any discounts. If you reject a paid application, the vendor is refunded automatically, so you never chase or return money by hand.

Updated

You decide

Who pays, and when.

  • Vendors pay the fees, you split them, or you absorb them so vendors pay exactly your booth price.
  • Charge when you approve (the default), or when the vendor applies with an automatic refund if you reject.
  • Promo codes, a manual discount, or waive the fee entirely for a vendor.
  • Charge vendors later for extras or no-show fees through the same card flow.
Getting paid

Straight to your bank.

Booth payments are paid out to your bank account through Stripe Connect. Your dashboard shows each vendor's payment status, and exports include what each vendor paid.
