Baz budget and pause
Pause Baz at any time, watch its daily spend against a cap, and opt in to SMS or push notifications.
Some features roll out gradually. If you do not see this section in your dashboard, it is not enabled for your account yet.
Baz has its own settings page. There you can pause Baz, see what it spends each day, and turn on SMS or push notifications. Remember: even when Baz is active, nothing sends without your approval.
How to pause Baz
- Open Baz in your dashboard.
- Open Settings.
- Click Pause Baz.
While paused, Baz stops working for you. Click Resume Baz to start it again.
The daily spend gauge
The settings page shows a gauge with today's spend against a daily cap. The cap limits what Baz can spend on your behalf each day. When the cap is reached, Baz pauses automatically.
SMS and push notifications
You can opt in to SMS or push notifications for Baz activity, so you hear about new drafts sooner.
- Open Baz → Settings.
- Turn on the notification opt-in.
The SMS opt-in needs a phone number on your profile. Add one in your account settings first.
Good to know
- Pause affects only Baz. Your inbox, quotes, and other tools keep working as normal.
- Pending drafts still wait for your review. See approving drafts.
