What Baz does
Baz drafts replies, follow-ups, and campaigns for you. Nothing sends until you approve it.
Some features roll out gradually. If you do not see this section in your dashboard, it is not enabled for your account yet.
Baz is your AI assistant. It watches your business and prepares work for you: reply drafts, follow-up drafts, and campaign drafts. Baz never sends anything without your approval. You review each draft, and only your approval sends it.
What Baz prepares
- Reply drafts. Baz drafts responses to messages in your inbox.
- Follow-up drafts. Baz drafts follow-ups for stalled quotes and overdue invoices. These cards can show a "Have Baz draft the follow-up" action.
- Campaign drafts. Baz drafts outreach campaigns to segments of your customers, such as dormant customers.
- Review responses. Baz drafts responses to customer recommendations.
- Notifications. Baz surfaces alerts about your business. Some notifications link directly to a related draft.
How to work with Baz
- Open Baz in your dashboard.
- Read the feed. It shows your pending drafts and recent notifications.
- Open a draft to approve, edit, or dismiss it. See approving drafts.
The feed shows up to 50 drafts and 50 recent notifications. When you dismiss a card, it disappears from the feed.
Good to know
- Baz has a daily budget, and you can pause it at any time. See budget and pause.
- Approval is always yours. Baz prepares; you decide.
