Bookings and the client page
Each booking is one client's event with you, on one page — price and date, quotes, contract, payments, forms, files and messages — with a private client page link.
A booking is one client's event with you, from the first request until it's done. Everything about it lives on one page: the price and date, any quote, the contract, payments, forms and files, and messages. Each booking has a client page — a private link your client opens to see their booking, pay, sign, and answer forms.
Where to find it: Bookings (/dashboard/bookings) — open any booking from the list or the board view.
How bookings are created
bzar creates a booking automatically when a customer requests or books one of your packages, or when you Send a booking yourself. You never create an empty one by hand.
What's on the booking page
- Open Bookings and click a booking — from the list, the board, or the calendar view.
- On the booking page you find:
- One status and one next-step line that says whose move it is. See booking stages.
- The client page link, ready to copy and send.
- The booking's price and date, quotes, contract, payments, payment plans, and files.
- Questionnaires your client answered for this booking.
- The recommendation request for this booking.
- The conversation with your client.
What your client sees on the client page
The client page shows your client every quote, invoice, payment plan, file, and message for the booking. Your client does not need an account. The private link is the only key. If the link is revoked, the booking page shows no link.
Good to know
- The booking's stage updates automatically. A manual change overrides the automatic value and sticks.
- Bookings also appear on each client's detail page.
- Quotes, contracts and payments are steps inside a booking, not separate places you have to go.
