Clients (CRM)
The customer list
Search, filter, and manage every customer, and use the customer detail page as your CRM hub.
Some features roll out gradually. If you do not see this section in your dashboard, it is not enabled for your account yet.
The Customers page lists every person you have worked with or who reached out. It is the hub of your CRM. Each customer has a detail page with contact info, notes, tags, and activity.
How to find a customer
- Open Customers in your dashboard.
- Type a name in the search box.
- Filter by status or by lead source. Archived customers are hidden by default.
The list shows 25 customers per page.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | A current customer. |
| Dormant | A customer with no recent activity. |
| Archived | A customer you removed from the main list. Hidden by default. |
Lead sources
Each customer records where they came from. The sources are: Instagram, WhatsApp, email, web form, BZAR marketplace, walk-up, referral, repeat customer, and other. New leads from your inbox can become customers — see lead triage.
The customer detail page
Open a customer to see and manage:
- Emails and phones — add or edit contact methods.
