The pipeline board
Track every project on an 8-stage board. Stages update automatically, and manual moves stick.
Some features roll out gradually. If you do not see this section in your dashboard, it is not enabled for your account yet.
The Pipeline page shows all your projects as cards on a board. Each card shows the project's value and a hint for the next pending action. Use the board to see where every client relationship stands.
The 8 stages
Cards move through these columns, in order:
- New Inquiry
- Quoted
- Booked
- In Progress
- Delivered
- Paid
- Reviewed
- Archived
Automatic and manual stages
- BZAR moves cards automatically as work happens. For example, a sent quote moves the card to Quoted.
- Drag a card to set the stage yourself. A manual move sticks — automatic updates no longer move that card.
- When you drag a card to a stage that maps to a project lifecycle state, the project status updates too.
Card value
Each card's value comes from the project's quotes and invoices. You do not enter it by hand. See quotes and invoices.
Good to know
- The board loads up to 500 projects, with value data from up to 2,000 quotes and 2,000 invoices.
- The stage data exists even before the board is enabled for your account. When the board appears, your projects already have correct stages.
