Scheduling
Your booking page
Share your public booking link, understand how customers book, and manage your upcoming meetings.
Some features roll out gradually. If you do not see this section in your dashboard, it is not enabled for your account yet.
Your booking page is a public page where customers pick a session type, choose a time, and book you directly. The Scheduling page in your dashboard shows the link at the top, in the Your booking page card.
How to share your booking link
- Open Scheduling in your dashboard.
- In the Your booking page card, click the copy button.
- Paste the link in an email, a message, or your social profiles.
Use the open button next to it to preview the page as a customer sees it.
How customers book
- The customer picks one of your active session types.
- They pick an open time. The page only shows slots that fit your weekly hours, date overrides, buffers, minimum notice, and maximum advance. Slots that overlap existing meetings are hidden. With Google Calendar connected, busy calendar time is hidden too.
- They enter their name, email, and optional phone and notes.
- If the session type has a price, they pay to confirm. Free session types confirm at once.
The customer gets a confirmation email with a secure link. They use that link to reschedule or cancel on their own.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Confirmed | The meeting is booked. Free bookings and paid bookings land here. |
| Pending payment | The customer reserved a slot for a paid session type but has not completed payment. |
How to manage upcoming meetings
The Upcoming Meetings section lists your future confirmed and pending-payment meetings, 20 per page. Open a meeting's actions menu to:
- Reschedule — pick a new open slot. The attendee gets an email with the new time.
- Cancel meeting — the attendee is notified. If they already paid, the payment is fully refunded.
- Edit the meeting's details.
Good to know
- Edits to a session type do not rewrite meetings that are already booked. Each meeting keeps its original name, price, and location.
- Reschedule is available only for meetings that are still linked to one of your session types.
