Market vendor rules and refund policy.
Vendors accept a refund policy that is clear, written down before they pay, and fair on both sides. A common shape: a full refund if you reject them, a partial refund for early cancellations, none close to the event, and your plan for weather and no-shows. Change the windows below to fit your event.

Cancellation windows.
- If we don't accept your application, your booth fee is refunded in full.
- If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, we refund 50% of your booth fee.
- If you cancel within 30 days of the event, booth fees are not refunded.
- If we cancel the event, booth fees are refunded in full.
- Weather: if the event goes ahead in rain, booth fees are not refunded; if we cancel for weather, see our weather plan.
- No-shows forfeit their booth fee and may not be accepted to future events.
Rules most markets use.
- Arrive during your load-in window and be set up before doors open.
- Stay open until the event ends; don't pack up early.
- Sell only the products approved in your application.
- Keep your booth inside its marked space and walkways clear.
- Leave your space as clean as you found it.
Refunds without the admin.
- Rejected vendors are refunded automatically, and you can refund or partly refund from the dashboard.
