Booth map

A booth map your vendors can actually use.

Lay out your venue on bzar's booth map and connect it to your vendor applications. Choose how vendors get a spot: you assign booths after review, vendors pick an exact spot that's held while you decide, or vendors pick and pay first come, first served.

Updated

Three ways to fill booths

Pick how vendors get their spot.

  • You assign: vendors choose a booth type and can note a favorite spot, then you place them.
  • Vendors pick, you approve: vendors choose an exact spot on the map, held for them while you review.
  • First come, first served: vendors pick a spot and pay, and it's confirmed straight away.
On the day of approval

Change booths without spreadsheets.

  • Assign, change or unassign a vendor's booth from their application.
  • Give a vendor an extra booth, and charge, discount or waive the difference.
  • Booth types carry their own price, size and limit.
