Vendor application
A vendor application is the form a seller submits to request a booth at an event. It asks what you sell, shows photos, lists your permits and insurance, and states your needs. The organizer then approves, declines or waitlists you. A clear application saves both sides back-and-forth.

About vendor application.
Also called: vendor registration, vendor application form, booth application.
Organizers use applications to check fit, balance categories, collect required documents and decide on booth size. Typical questions cover products, power needs, food handling and past markets.
Vendors do best with clear photos, a short bio and the right documents attached the first time. Incomplete applications are easy to pass over.
Decisions can take days or weeks. Many organizers send an acceptance email with next steps and payment instructions.
Vendors apply online with the organizer's own questions, and organizers approve, reject or waitlist each one.
