BZAR Pro
Manage or cancel your Founding Vendor subscription in Settings.
BZAR Pro is the Founding Vendor subscription. Founding members lock in a monthly rate for life. You manage the subscription on the Subscription tab at Settings.
Some features roll out gradually. If you do not see this section in your dashboard, it is not enabled for your account yet.
The Subscription tab appears only when you have a BZAR Pro subscription. If you never subscribed, or you cancelled and the period ended, the tab is hidden.
How to manage your subscription
- Open Settings in the dashboard.
- Click the Subscription tab.
- Review your plan card. It shows your monthly rate, your status, and your next billing date.
How to cancel
- On the Subscription tab, click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Before launch billing starts, cancellation takes effect immediately and you are not charged. After billing starts, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Your access ends on the date shown on the card. Until that date, a Reactivate button lets you undo the cancellation.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Trial | You are enrolled at the founding rate. Billing starts on the date shown. |
| Active | Your subscription bills monthly. The card shows the next bill date. |
| Canceling | You cancelled. Access ends on the date shown, and you can reactivate until then. |
| Payment failed | A charge failed. Update your payment method to keep your founding rate. |
| Past due — paused | Stripe paused billing after repeated failures. Update your card to restart. |
Good to know
- The founding rate is locked to your subscription. If you cancel and the period ends, the rate is not guaranteed later.
