bzar Free and bzar Pro
What the free vendor account includes, what bzar Pro adds, how the free trial and monthly billing work, and how to cancel.
Every vendor starts on the free vendor account. Your storefront, packages, bookings and payouts stay free whether or not you subscribe. bzar Pro is an optional monthly subscription that removes the bzar fee on bookings and adds business tools.
Where to find it: Settings → Plan and billing (/dashboard/settings?tab=billing). You also see the plan choice once during signup.

Pro also includes business tools such as connecting Gmail and Instagram to your Inbox, Baz (your AI assistant), deeper client insights and analytics. The What's included list on your plan card shows what your subscription covers today. Some tools roll out gradually, so a tool can appear on your account later than others. On Free, a tool that belongs to Pro shows a locked preview with an upgrade option instead of the tool itself.

Starting the free trial
- Open Settings → Plan and billing, or choose Try bzar Pro on the plan step during setup.
- Check the two boxes. They confirm that bzar Pro is a paid subscription, when your subscription begins, and that it renews every month until you cancel.
- Stripe collects your card on a secure checkout page. Nothing is charged today.
The card you add pays for bzar Pro only. Customer payouts are set up separately on Money → Payouts.
How billing works
- The trial. Your first charge date is shown before you start: either a fixed date (for example, "Free until November 1, 2026") or 14 days after you start.
- Reminder. If your trial is long enough, bzar emails you a reminder about 15–21 days before the first charge, with the date, the price and how to cancel.
- Monthly renewal. After the trial, your card is charged the monthly price shown on your plan card. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- Receipts. Stripe emails a receipt for every charge to your account email.
How to cancel
- Open Settings → Plan and billing.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Click Yes, cancel to confirm, or Keep subscription to go back.
- During the free trial, the trial ends right away and you are not charged.
- After billing starts, you keep bzar Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then the subscription ends. Until then, a Reactivate button lets you undo the cancellation.
Your free vendor account stays active either way. Deleting your bzar account also cancels bzar Pro immediately. See account settings.
Statuses

| Setup pending | Stripe is still confirming your subscription. Refresh in a few seconds. |
| bzar Pro · Ended | The membership ended. The card shows the date. |
Founding vendors
Founding vendors see Founding Rate on their status. Their monthly rate is locked for the lifetime of the business. Cancelling gives up the founding rate; it is not guaranteed if you subscribe again later.
Good to know
- Nothing you set up on Pro is deleted if you move back to Free. Pro tools lock again, and they come back if you upgrade.
- If customers can't book you for private events (you sell at markets or online), the plan offer does not appear. See signing up.
