Dashboard overview
What the dashboard home shows and where each card takes you.
The dashboard home is your landing page after login. It gives you a snapshot of your business and quick paths into each section.
Stat cards
Four cards summarize the current month:
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Monthly bookings | Your bookings for the current month |
| Monthly revenue | Booking payments that succeeded this month |
| Active listings | Listings that are live on your storefront |
| Pending inquiries | Bookings that wait for your reply |
Pending inquiries are bookings where the next move is yours.
Activity feed
The feed shows your five most recent items: new bookings, unread messages, and event application status changes. Click an item to open it in the relevant section.
Upcoming events
The dashboard lists your next three events by start date. Rejected, withdrawn, and expired applications do not appear, and past events drop off. See event applications for the full list.
Quick actions
Quick actions are shortcuts to common tasks, such as a new listing or your booking inquiries. The set of actions depends on the features enabled for your account.
Getting started checklist
A "Getting started" card sits at the top of the dashboard. Each row starts a short guided tour of one area. The card shows your progress, for example "2 of 5".
- Click a row to start that tour.
- Click X to dismiss the card.
- Click Getting started in the sidebar to bring the card back.
The checklist is available on desktop screens only.
Good to know
- Monthly revenue counts only payments with a succeeded status. Pending or failed payments are not included.
