Where the sources are unclear.

  • The City Clerk's special event information sheet is marked 'Revised 3/23/17', so fees and contacts on it may be out of date. The Parks page states a $25 per event business permit while the sheet lists $100 per day for park property use and $25 per day for conducting business.
  • The peddler permit application does not say who must hold it, state a fee, or mention markets or events. No official page was read that says whether vendors at a private-property market need a city vendor permit; ask the City Clerk.
  • The Special Use Permit page does not state a fee; the Health Department's fee schedule pages were not needed because the application form lists the temporary food fees.
  • Nebraska sales tax and promoter facts come from the Department of Revenue guide 6-515, dated September 2011 (re-loaded October 10, 2026); it states no permit fee.
