Analytics
Analytics overview
See your revenue, customers, lead sources, and trends over any date range, and export your tax data.
Some features roll out gradually. If you do not see this section in your dashboard, it is not enabled for your account yet.
The Analytics page shows how your business performs over a date range. It covers revenue, customers, lead sources, and trends in one place. Data refreshes nightly, so today's sales can appear the next day.
What you see
- KPI cards — revenue, new customers (with returning count), conversion rate (booked inquiries out of total inquiries), and average deal value. Each card compares the current period with the prior period.
- Revenue breakdown — where your revenue comes from.
- Lead sources — which channels bring you inquiries.
- Trend charts — revenue and activity over time.
- Top customers — your highest-value customers in the period. See customers for customer details.
- Re-engagement suggestions — customers who may be worth a follow-up.
- Project insights — a summary of your project activity.
If your Square or Shopify account is connected, extra sections appear below. See Square and Shopify data.
How to change the date range
- Open Analytics in your dashboard.
- Use the date range picker at the top. The default range is the last 30 days.
- The chart detail adjusts to the range. Ranges up to about two months show daily points. Ranges up to about 18 months show weekly points. Longer ranges show monthly points.
How to export tax data
- Click Export at the top of the Analytics page.
- Use the export with your tax preparer.
From January through April, a tax season banner reminds you to export. You can dismiss the banner. It stays hidden for the rest of that year.
Good to know
- If analytics cannot load for a period, the page shows an error message. Try a different range or refresh the page.
