Analytics
Square and Shopify data
What the Square and Shopify sections on the Analytics page show once your accounts are connected.
Some features roll out gradually. If you do not see this section in your dashboard, it is not enabled for your account yet.
When you connect Square or Shopify, extra sections appear at the bottom of the Analytics page. Each section shows the last 30 days of sales from that platform. Connect your accounts at Settings → Integrations.
What each section shows
Square and Shopify get their own section with the same layout:
- 30-day GMV — your total sales on that platform, with the transaction count.
- BZAR-event GMV — the part of those sales attributed to your BZAR events.
- Needs review — the count of unattributed or ambiguous transactions. Review these on the event attribution page.
- Customers imported — the number of customers BZAR imported from that platform. They appear in your customer list.
- A daily revenue chart for the last 30 days.
- Recent BZAR events — your approved events with their attributed totals. Each card shows a provenance label: "Auto-attributed", "Reviewed by vendor", or "Vendor-adjusted". Click an event to open its attribution page.
- Top items — your five best-selling items in the last 30 days, by revenue.
While your data syncs
After you connect an account, the first sync can take some time. A banner shows the sync status in the section until the sync completes.
Good to know
- If you connect Square but have no approved events yet, the events card explains this. Attribution starts after an organizer approves you for a BZAR event. See event applications.
- Imported listings from Square and Shopify are managed on the Listings page, not here. See imported listings.
