Selling at events
Pre-order pickup
See all paid pre-orders for your event and mark each item as picked up.
Some features roll out gradually. If you do not see this section in your dashboard, it is not enabled for your account yet.
The pickup list shows every paid pre-order item for an event. Use it at the event to hand items over and keep track of what is done.
How to mark pickups
- Open the Events page and select your approved application.
- Open the pre-order pickup list.
- Find the attendee's order. Each line shows the item, the attendee's name, and their email.
- Mark each item as picked up when you hand it over.
Good to know
- Only paid orders appear on the list. Unpaid or incomplete orders never show here.
- Pickup status is per item, not per order. An attendee can pick up part of an order now and the rest later.
