Event applications
Track your event applications, booth fees, discounts, and payments in one place.
Where to find it: Events → Applications (/dashboard/events).
The Applications page lists every event you applied to under the My Events tab, grouped by Active, Upcoming, and Past. Use it to check where each application stands and what you owe.
What each application shows
- The current status of your application.
- The booth fee, and any discount the organizer applied.
- The payment state of your booth fee.
- Additional booth charges from the organizer that wait for your payment.
Applying to an event
- Open the event's page on bzar and click Apply as Vendor. You can find events on the Discover tab.
- Fill in the application: the space you want, the organizer's questions and documents, and any add-ons.
- If the booth is paid, add your card on the last step. Depending on the organizer, you're charged when you apply or once they approve you.
The free vendor plan is all you need to apply. You don't need bzar Pro.
New to bzar?
If you don't have an account yet, you sign in or sign up from the apply page and go through vendor setup. On the plan step, click Continue free and finish my application. When setup is done, bzar takes you straight back to your application. If you joined bzar before the current setup, you go through the one-time "What's new" setup first, then return to the application.
Booth fees
Each organizer sets the booth price and chooses how fees are split. Your application shows the full breakdown before you pay. The fees that can apply:

| Platform fee | 3.9% of the booth fee and any add-ons, after discounts |
| Application fee | $2.50 per application, non-refundable |
| Card processing | Stripe's processing fee, when the organizer passes it on |
Depending on the organizer's settings, you pay all of these, the organizer covers card processing, or the organizer covers every fee and you pay only the booth fee. Extra booths never carry the $2.50 application fee.
If you're not accepted: when an organizer rejects an application you've already paid for, you get back the booth fee, any add-ons and the platform fee. The $2.50 application fee and card processing are not refunded.
After the organizer approves you
An approved application unlocks more tools for that event:
- Manage add-on items — add or remove booth add-ons, within the organizer's rules.
- Pre-orders — build an order-ahead menu so attendees can order before the event.
- Go Live — take live orders at the event itself.
Good to know
- Each application is separate. A menu or add-on change for one event does not affect another event.
- Approved vendors appear in the event's vendor directory on its public page.
