Create and edit packages

You manage everything customers can book or buy on the Packages tab of Storefront. You can filter the list by type (service or product) and by status (active or hidden).

Where to find it: Storefront → Packages (/dashboard/storefront/packages).

How to create a package or product

1. Open Storefront → Packages and click New package (or New product with the product filter on).
2. Fill in the name and description. See packages vs. products for the fields each type uses.
3. For a service package, answer two questions: How do you price this package? (One price, Per person, Per hour, or It depends on the event) and Do you approve each booking? The Customers see preview shows exactly what your storefront will show. See how bookings work.
4. Save. Your storefront updates when you save.

If you have one service group — most vendors do — New package adds straight into it. Vendors with several groups land on the full create form. The Edit packages button on a group opens its package list.

How to edit a package

1. Open the package from the Packages page.
2. Change the fields you need: price and extras, minimums, deposit, add-ons, inquiry form, contract.
3. Save.

Share a package link

Every active package has its own booking link. Use Copy link on the package row and share it anywhere: the link opens that package so customers can book it, so you can answer a message with a direct booking link. Hidden packages have no link.

Show and hide

Turn a package off to hide it from your storefront and the marketplace without deleting it — it shows a Hidden badge. Turn it back on when you are ready to sell again. See marketplace visibility for the full set of conditions that make you visible to shoppers.

Good to know

• You must connect payouts before customers can pay you. Finish it in Money → Payouts.
• The inquiry form shows what customers are already asked for this package (like guest count when extra guests cost more), so you don't ask twice.
• Packages priced It depends on the event, and packages with a contract, are answered with a price or a quote. See quotes.
• Under each price you see what the customer pays and about what you earn. See fees.
