Offer booth add-ons
Let vendors rent tables, chairs, power and other extras when they apply, paid with their booth.
What you'll get: extras vendors pick when they apply, with stock counted for you.
Open your event's Add-ons tab and click Add Item.
Type the item's name, like "6 ft table", and its Price (USD).
Set Total Available to how many you have. Add Max per vendor (optional) to share them out.
Click Add Item.
You're done when the item shows on the tab with how many are left. Vendors see it in the Add-ons (optional) step of their application.
