Unpublish, cancel or delete an event
Take an event offline for a while, call it off with refunds, or delete one that never got going.
What you'll get: the right way to take an event down, with money handled for you.

| Unpublish Event | You need to fix something | Back to draft. Only your team sees it. |
| Cancel Event | It isn't happening | Everyone is refunded. The page stays up with a cancelled notice. |
| Delete Event | A test or a mistake, with no sales | Gone for good. |
Open your event and click the … menu at the top, next to Edit Event.
Pick what you need. To cancel, decide whether to email everyone, then click Cancel Event.
To delete, type the event's name to confirm, then click Delete Event.
You're done when the event shows its new status: Draft or Cancelled, or it's gone from Events.
Events end on their own: after the end date, an event moves to Completed.
