Organizer guides
Run vendor events on bzar, from creating and publishing an event to vendor applications, tickets, check-in and vendor exports.
bzar helps you run vendor events: you publish an event, vendors apply for booths, attendees buy tickets, and you check people in on the day. Everything lives in your organizer dashboard (/org-dashboard).
Before you start
When you sign up as an Event Organizer, bzar reviews your organization, usually within 24–48 hours. You get an email and a notification when it's approved. While you wait, you can set up Stripe and invite your team from Settings and Members.
To take paid booth fees or sell paid tickets, connect Stripe in Settings → Payment Settings with Connect Stripe. Free events and $0 tickets don't need Stripe.
Create and publish an event
Walk through the event wizard, save a draft, and publish.
Manage vendor applications
Approve, reject or waitlist vendors, assign booths, and understand booth fees and refunds.
Sell tickets
Add ticket types, understand the 3% platform fee, and issue refunds.
Day-of check-in
Scan attendee QR codes or look people up by name.
Export your vendor list
Download your vendors as a spreadsheet or PDF.
