Integrations
Connect Gmail, Instagram, Square, Shopify, and Google Calendar, and see what each powers.
Some features roll out gradually. If you do not see this section in your dashboard, it is not enabled for your account yet.
The integrations directory connects your outside tools to BZAR. Open it from Settings → Integrations. Each card shows the connection status and a connect or reconnect button.
How to connect a tool
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Find the card for the tool.
- Click Connect and approve access in the tool's own sign-in flow.
If access expires later, the card shows a reconnect prompt. Reconnect the same way.
What each connection powers
| Integration | What it powers |

| Gmail | Email conversations in your inbox and sending for automations. Sequences send from your own Gmail account. |
| Instagram conversations in your inbox. | |
| Square | Imported listings, the Square section in analytics, and event attribution. |
| Shopify | Imported listings, the Shopify section in analytics, and event attribution. |
| Google Calendar | Calendar sync for scheduling: busy times block your booking page, and booked meetings push to your calendar. |
Good to know
- Email replies from the inbox need a connected Gmail account and a customer email on file. See connect your channels.
- Automations also need a complete business address. Set it at Settings → Automations. See automations.
- Google Calendar sync never blocks a booking. If sync fails, the booking still completes.
