See who opened your messages
Check who each message and follow-up reached, who opened it, and whose email bounced.
Some features roll out gradually. If you do not see this section in your dashboard, it is not enabled for your account yet.
What you'll get: a list of everything you've sent, and who opened each one.
Open your event's Messages tab and click Sent.
Each row shows the subject, who it went to, when, and how many opened it. Click one.
Click Opened, Not opened or Bounced to filter the list.
To nudge people who haven't opened it, click the resend button, then Resend.
Click Export CSV for a spreadsheet of everyone and their status.
You're done when you can see each person's status, like Opened, Delivered or Bounced.
Messages before this feature turned on aren't listed.
