Booth fees: who pays and when

Choose who pays bzar's fee and card processing on booth fees, when vendors are charged, and whether to add your own application fee.

What you'll get: booth fees set up the way you want, and no surprises about what you receive.

At the top of your event, click Edit Event. (For a new event, it's the Applications step of the wizard.)
In Vendor Applications, under Fee Structure, pick who pays bzar's fees.
Under Payment Timing, pick Charge at approval or Charge at application.
To add your own fee, turn on Charge an application fee and enter the amount.
Click Save Changes.
